We arrived to find no plug in the wash hand basin,a dirty plug for the bath.Dirty grouting,dirty pull cord for the bathroom light and grouting in dire need of re-newing.Toilet rim filthy..Very disappointing as this was a premium room!! Stayed a week with business definitely pushing there luck to say 4 star compared to others. The biggest issue with the hotel is it’s a bit rough round the edges and in a need of an update especially in the rooms and spa.

Hotel is on the outskirts of beautiful Cheltenham - only a couple of miles away, but in a nice peaceful spot overlooking a golf course and wooded valley.
