wifi available in the lounge area of the hotel but you have to pay for wifi in the bedrooms. Very handy for the airport as its beside it. I didnt get breakfast but there was tea and biscuits available in the bedroom. The bedroom is large but a number of items are showing their age. Otherwise it was clean and... More

booked an overnight stay 3months ahead of time, then due to circumstances had to cancel.knowing it would be non-refundable,I rang the manager to ask if he could make an exception as modern day no-one can afford to loose money.plus he would have ample time to hire out this room many times over.12weeks to be exact!!!!!!!!! I found his customer service skills... More

Stayed as it was so convenient to the airport. Nice basic comfortable rooms. Very helpful staff have always received excellent service here and I once left a necklace in the room and when I called the next day they had found it and kept it for me. More

This has to be one of the closest hotels to an airport terminal anywhere (except for those actually in an air terminal!) We stay when we have a very early flight with an earlier check-in! Good accommodation, nothing fancy in the basic rooms but they do have coffee and tea making facilities. The bar food is very good and staff... More

We booked in for a 'park and stay' as we had an early departure on a week's holiday the next morning. This allows one to stay the night within a very short walking distance from the terminal building (less than one minute) and park your car while you are away. We arrived at about 10.00pm on 10th January as planned... More

So so convinient for B.I.A.!!! Room clean and ok, Staff very very helpful and provide excellent service (or so i found). Had a 2 night stay for business reasons, Park Plaza fitted the bill just right. Food good but a tad on the 'high' side. Would reccomend to any 'lone' traveller male or female.... More

The only virtue this hotel has is it's fabulously convenient location, literally steps away from the terminal. If you have an early morning flight out of Belfast International, as I did, that may be enough to outweigh the hotel's many negatives: cramped, drear accommodations, poor service, poor facilities and food. High charges for internet, which works poorly. The hotel advertised... More

We stayed overnight as we were getting a flight at 0615 in the morning and didn't fancy the drive in the early hours. From the point of view of access to the airport it couldn't be better - it really is about 20-30 paces from the door of the hotel to the door of departures. This is a huge plus.... More

Stayed at the Park Plaza on Saturday night 17th December following a Christmas work night out. Food wasn't bad, though waiting staff left a lot to be desired. Plates brought to you, then a barrage of waitresses followed, one with mashed potato, another with turkey etc. not overly friendly, kind of slapped the food down in a rush. Quote: "Does... More

I got married in the Park Plaza on Sat Nov 19 2011, it was a civil ceremony. I booked the silver package and really felt that it was good value for money for what was included in the package. From the moment I met Carly to discuss the possibility of booking the venue I really did like the feel of... More
