We chose to stay at L'Olivette having read Trip Advisor reviews, and we were not disapppointed. Sylvia and Roy were wonderful hosts and made us feel most welcome. We had a lovely, bright en-suite bedroom with views over the hillside. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Breakfast was a real treat and Sylvia's home-made preserves and... Wonderful location, superb views, very comfortable accommodation and the best hosts you will find anywhere in the world! Warm welcome from Silvia and Roy and from that moment on it just got better. We happened upon Sylvia and Roy's B&B by chance, but choosing it at the Tourist Information site in Quillan .. what a find! It was a really hot day and the pool was welcoming,as was the lovely view of the mountains from the gardenarea. L'Olivette is comfortable and welcoming without feeling too stuffy. A really good base for walkers and... More

I recently stayed at Sylvia and Roy's B@B with a friend and the accommodation was excellent!! We did day trips to several different places and the location of this B@B was just perfect for doing this. We also were treated to a few dinners that Roy and Sylvia prepared and I can honestly say that these meals were the best... More

Our short visit was made with short notice and Silvia and Roy accommodated us happily. We were very pleased with everything and especially appreciated their hospitalityand recommendations for eating out. The views of the nearby mountains makes for a most pleasant stay and the village is charming. I am sure that they must get repeat business and I can understand... More

We stayed, my husband and I, with Roy and Silvia for 3 nights. I cannot speak highly enough of the welcome they gave us, the advice they offered us about viewing the local attractions and the unconditional support they offered us should we need it. We will hopefully return

We stayed with Silvia and Roy back in April before and after our 7day walk of the 'Cathar Trail'. On arrival they made us so welcome and nothing was too much trouble and we were so happy that we were returning there for another couple of days afterwards, it was like going to stay with a favourite aunt and uncle.

My wife and I stayed two nights at L'Olivette in late May of 2011. I have purposely delayed my review by six months so as to avoid a quick, impressionistic description of our stay. This said, we loved L'Olivette and we heartily recommend it to others. There were many things we liked but, above all, it was the meals --... More
