I stayed at Oak House for a business trip. Welcoming Manager cooking yummy full English breakfast. Very clean room. We loved the room where we had breakfast, really nice place for long weekends. My husband stayed there 3rd time and was always happy. Good price.

Second time staying at Oak House hotel, excellent helpful friendly staff, exceptionally clean rooms and great breakfast!!!! Would highly recommend this B&B, we'll be back for sure!!!!Close to shopping and easy access to Manchester city centre.

Stayed here twice over the last 4 months. Clean rooms, ensuite facilities, good breakfast and plenty of parking. Would definately recommend this small hotel. Keep up the good work Steve.
