On entering staff warm and friendly, great for families as variety of corners and little rooms to occupy. All had Sunday roast, variety on offer, and were served lovely home cooked food, all clean plates which is quite some achievement with my kids! Will definitely call again when in the area

We are totally confused with the reports that have been written about this establishment. we have never started a report by emphasising that we are totally independent and not related or known to the owners of the establishment, some say 5 stars some say 1 star !!!! Please read our other reports - we report as we find !!! We... More

Went for a meal with my parents and teenage daughter a few times with the old owners, the food and pub was ok. Now it has had a face lift, we all noticed as we walked in that it seemed so much lighter and alot cleaner, no webs etc. My father has special dietry requirements, they were able to alter... More

We have heard a few reports about Tyn Llan (Harp hotel) Llandwrog all good !!! So me and my husband decided to take a look at the harp as we were going passed there on main road for some Xmas shopping, we expected it to be quiet there, maybe the odd local but when we got there we could hardly... Ignore the first review since it is obviously by the new owner. Dead giveaway is that the supposed party were driving along the coast, and since the pub in question is not on the coastal route, but near a beach, you would not pass it. Also you would have to know where it is to go there. In my mind... More

Having read 2 other contrasting reviews, we have to be somewhere in the middle, not having eaten here, but visited for drinks (4 adults and 6 young children) whilst our Mobile homes nearby were being made ready for us. The Inn certainly has 'olde' charm and 'character' with 'rustic' furniture and friendly staff, and local people in the bar area.... More

We stopped here for dinner as it was near our campsite. Unfortunately there was very little to recommend it. The dining room is cheaply furnished and lacking in atmosphere. The food was very cheaply made with prices that suggest much higher quality. The fudge cake came out with popcorn (popcorn!?) on it and portions were uneven. This place has a... More

We stumbled across The Harp Inn on a drive around the coast. We were greeted by a young lady who couldn’t have been friendlier. She was welcoming, helpful and chatty. There were 8 of us and 1 child dining. On our first visit the chef was off ill and the landlady was called to stand in for him. The menu... More
