We drove there directly from Singapore (without any breaks in-between). It took about 3-4hrs, which included some slow traffic on E2 highway. Arrived at almost 7pm and was glad that the receptionist called 'chris' is still around... this was crucial, as 1 week earlier, we had called/emailed to book a standard room for 2 people. BEWARE! booking a room can... More

This resort is probably the best place for overnight stay if you are planning to visit the Princess Waterfall of Gunung Ledang. We are from Johor Bahru. We check-in at 19:00 hours on 6/12/12. The room (deluxe room, G110), was comfortable for my family (2 adult + 1 adolescent + 3 children). It was spacious room with balcony, air-conditioned, with... More

We had a one-night stop-over in a deluxe room in August 2012. The resort seemed virtually deserted but we were given a very warm welcome on check-in. The process of booking wasn't great - we were told over the phone that they'd taken our reservation and we needed to pay a deposit. As we were coming from Singapore they gave... More

It was a pleasant stay overall. For SGD$110 for a 2D1N duluxe room (2x double bed) + free breakfast for 4, it was very much worth the price paid. Coupled with friendly & helpful staff who are always cheerful & polite greeting the guests, it made our stay there a truly memorable one. After reading some reviews about the breakfast,... More

Very basic resort. Rooms are air-conditioned with television, but definitely not new. A visit to the summit of Mount Ophir is usually climbing with your tent and sleeping bag on your back. If you need some luxury whilst climbing Gunung Ledang, you can book a room over here. Whilst the resort is rather average, you do have an air-conditioned room... More

I went there in June 2009 with my friends to climb Mount Ophir or Gunung Ledang. The resort was clean and the food fabulous. The owner of the establishment is a very friendly person who welcomed us when we arrived and gave us a lot of tips for the mountain climbing trip. The resort is not five star hotel by... More

Went there to stay for two nights in deluxe room. The hotel was decent with basic things. The room was ok with 2 big beds. Can fit 4 adults & the hotel is ok with it (no extra charge). The room have their own balcony. A good place to stay for people who wish to hike the next day. The... More

If you are just going there to climb Mt Ophir and stay for leisure, the basic room function will suit you. limited TV channels, standing shower, fridge with nothing in it, teabags and instant coffee available. restaurants available. Some outlets near the entrace to Gunung ledang is open in the day time, selling mostly souvenirs and food. Luckily we drove,... More

I was staying at the Gunung Ledang resort over the Hari Raya Haji weekend. The resort was quite empty, a corporate retreat, some 2 to 3 families and our group of 9 people. The resort was maintenance was ok, very peaceful, very quiet, with a small pool. We took the Deluxe room which as 2 king beds, mini fridge, aircon,... More

When I booked a room there, I was told to put in a RM 100 deposit and given account details by the guy on the phone. When I went there, they told me they had not received my payment, although my bank had already cleared it. They made me pay the deposit again, and told me to fax/e-mail them the... More
