prons: It was the cheapest hotel which I had found. Next to hotel is a railway station Amadora. If you want to go to Sintra- the easiest way. Next to hotel is bus station. Bus no. 106 has destination to the beach (price 3.85euro) and going about 1 hour! Next, the servis is so helpful. Room was clean, everyday we... More

Well 1st impressions weren´t too good. only because my g´friend didnt tell me how much it was. yes the reception was ok, the lift a little small. but the room on the 7th floor was very plain, but adequate, 2 single hard beds, 2 huge wardrobes, free bottles of water daily, shared bathroom, was a bit off putting, but in... We took this hotel because of the very low price (25 EUR for double with BF) and could accept the very basic rooms with a mouldy shared bathroom outside in the corridor which is in a kind of apartment high-tower in a Lisboa suburb Amadora. However the receptionist (=owner from Mozambique) was very unfriendly and not helpful. They promised to... More

We liked the location of the Hotel because it had a train station straight into Lisbon's center for less than 5 Euros return. The rooms were cleaned daily & the Buffet Breakfast was quite substantial. The surrounding area of the Hotel is under going re construction & the works start early and can be noisy.Outside the Hotel there is good lighting and... This Hotel is very far from Lisbon so not a good place if you are there to see the city. Although it is cheap, we spent more than the money we saved on public transport getting too and from Amadora. We could have had a nice and central hotel and paid less! Also be wary of the attached cafe bar!... More

Negatives: the location did look a little dodgy at night time, it is situated next to a park and local youths like to hang around there when it dark, although seemed harmless could be intimidating to some. it takes ten mins in the main lisbon square by taxi- but this cost around 12 euro each way , therefore only worth... It is located near a railway station but it is not safe to walk from the station to the facility in the evening and so we had to take a taxi back every night. Taxi fares were costly, especially as drivers could not find the place easily even with GPS. Bathrooms were smelly. It was difficult to sleep at night... More

I've just returned from 4 nights at Jardim da Amadora. The main reason I picked this hotel was because of the cheap rate and it seemed close enough to the city centre. My friend and I had a room on the 5th floor with a shared bathroom. It seemed like 4 double rooms were sharing one bathroom. Our room was... More

I stayed at this hotel for 9 days and arrived with no preconceptions about the place as there wasn't much information about it online. The hotel is a stones throw away from the main train station of Amadora (it can be seen from the platform) and it takes a stroll through a local garden/park to reach there. Our room was... More
