We recently had Saturday lunch at The Nags Head and we were hugely impressed at the quality of the food, the imagination that had gone into the dishes and the friendliness of the service which was just right, not too rushed or too slow. It is fine dining rather than pub food, and excellent fine dining at that.

My husband and I went to the Nags Head for dinner last week to celebrate a special birthday. The staff could not have been more welcoming - the Polish waitress in particular was absolutely charming, and the food was excellent. We will certainly return.
