I was here with my school for a week. We arrived with a very warm welcome, but the rooms were poor, firstly, the beds were hard and they broke very easily, then the light bulb in the bathroom kept blowing+ the heating in our room didnt work, neither did the plug sockets, so we kept having to charge our phones... I was here for a week with a group of 7 others and bearing how little money we'd paid for the week, we were all pleasantly surprised!! The rooms were pretty basic but clean and cleaned everyday and despite the fact that there was a large school group there at the same time they were kept very separate from all... More

Stayed here week beginning 3rd of march. After going through hell booking with bookableski.com we finally received help through rocket ski. We didn't expect much when booking as it came under £400 each. Transfers were easy and fast, the food which we were served was eatable. Giving us a choice of what we wanted in the evening in the morning.... More

While the staff were nice at this chalet, maintenance is neglected. The bathroom light bulb blew twice and was replaced once. Is there an underlying problem with the circuit? My daughters school group were fed what she described a slop and horrible, the typical "turkey twizzlers" processed menu was better than greasy meat in undefinable liquid. All portions were small... Stayed here for a week as part of a school trip, and have to say it was a very pleasant experience. It's a ski hostel/hotel so don't expect the Ritz. The rooms are fairly basic, but warm and clean and have a basic bathroom. Hotel itself has two bars (one sports bar, where the kids can go watch TV and... More

A poorly run hotel staffed by inexperienced gap year kids and managed by someone with little more idea. Agreement is with the drain smells, the treacherous icy car park and steps and the poor facilities. We encountered a dirty bathroom on arrival, a bed that collapsed, a bathroom heater with a mind of its own and a TV that didn't... More

Although classed as "Ski-out, Ski-in", if you want to attend ski school it is a long walk across a treacherously slippery ice covered path - or a longer steeper walk through Le Bez. Even the path from the access road to the hotel front door stayed covered in ice and snow the whole week we were there (no snowfall during... More

The majority of the ski lessons start at the Frejus Gondola. Access is via icy paths, a good brisk 10 minute hazardous walk. Ski out is only to the Pontillas Gondola, so if you are having lessons make sure you set your alarm. The hazardous ice commences as soon as you step out of the ski locker room-no management system... Stayed over New Year and had great time, food was very good and the staff were always accommodating if the children really didn't like the menu.Plenty of hot water and the rooms were clean. This is the fourth time we have booked with Rocket Ski and they provide a good value ski in/out package. More

We visited over christmas week and had a very pleasent stay . The staff were very polite and helpfull although the management team were appauling . I overheard the manageress talking to the staff asthough they were dirt which i found absolutely disgracefull. The mood in the bar was always sombre as the staff were carted out at random intervals for...
