What an experience. We flew by twin engined plane to a airfield on an adjacent island.then powerboat to the next island and the resort. Great friendly welcome. Fantastic location, totally isolated, nice rustic rooms ( the AC is old and the noise will drive you crazy), and environment friendly. The service is very friendly but poor, Mosquitos will eat you alive day and night. The hotel mismanaged the air transfers and the spa treatment that I asked for was replaced to another treatment without checking with me... More

Poor service overall, with 1 exception (Pom) who seemed to work so hard he was everywhere we were eating at. The rest of the staff are nice, but the speed of service was slow. The sense of hospitality was poor. And the communication was poor for departure arrangements, etc.
