Visited Saputara in July 2012 for two days. Its best place for relaxing with proximity to Surat and Mumbai. The best time is of course monsoon. I visited alongwith my wife and kid to Saputara in May 2009. I liked the Hotel ambience and the service was really good. The park and childrens play area was very good. My kid enjoyed a lot. An absolutely downclass hotel with atrocious amenities if at all. The room was horrible with the bathroom most horrendous. food was most unsuitable. the tariff was comparable to the other better hotels though! the only good point is its location which gives ine an excellent view of the sunrise. Avoid if you can.
