I spent 3 nights at The Glen House with my girlfriend from the 4th - 7th April after the recommendation from our friends who were getting married nearby in Ballyliffin. Let me start from the beginning. Location is fantastic and in prime location for exploring the area and only around 20 miles from Derry. The B&B is at the entrance... More

From the moment we arrived, the proprietor Sonia could not have been more welcoming or helpful. The room was lovely and bright and the breakfast was delicious. The surrounding countryside is absolutely stunning. Would definitely stay there again.

We found that we were made very welcome by Sonia and enjoyed our stay, the breakfast was first class and will most certainly be making further bookings. Plenty to do close by, walking in the mountains or strolling on the many beaches that are only a few minutes away. Its a must !!

A true guest house, wonderful welcome, spacious room, superb decoration. Great location between stunning hills, and a pristine beach. Sonia, on top of providing lots of information on what to see and do, also has the excellent idea to run a tea-rom and the food is just perfect. If you go to Donegal and the Urris montains and don't stay... More

Partner and I called here when out for a drive on a lovely sunny afternoon in September. I had been past the Glen House in the past, but had never stopped. This time I did, as we wanted to sample the tea room and have a "nosey" around. It was rather hot in the glass walled tearoom so we went... More

We were very pleased with this accommodation during our weekend trip through County Donegal. Our upstairs room was very large, with large, comfortable bed to match, and a peering view of the Atlantic Ocean in the horizon. It was clean and spotless throughout. Yes, a delicious breakfast is served thus "B&B", but this is a better guest house -- proprietor... More

We arrived on a very hot day and our host Sonia made us very welcome with drinks on the patio. The Glen house is more like a small hotel than a B&B with it's own bar and restaurant. The rooms were spacious and well maintained with all amenities provided. Sonia told us about all the local sights including a nice... More
