If u visit ooty and get annoyed with traffic and crowd and if u looking for some peace do visit this place... The place is peaceful... The management is very helpful and welcoming .. they say five star facility at 3 star price trust me it's true...

WE went to Nahar Stone House retreat on 4th august and checked oot on 5th August. The service and attention to detail is impeccable. Fantastic Rooms and LOvely view od the hills. All in all a fantastic getaway.

It's really a value for money on your leasure trip to OOty. It's 27KM from Ooty city and located in a place behind hills where u can enjoy the tea estate. Had a great stay in Nahar's retreat hotel in Kotagiri. We stayed in Regal double room, Room was very spacious with tastefuly designed interiors and a very big luxurious bath room with 5 star amenities. Food was very tasty though slighly high priced. the hotel i very neat and is very calm they have very spacious rooms with nice balcony. we had a good time the only setback is that it is vegetarian. However the service sstandards were suprisingly good. they have a nice lawn. and the weather is perfect. Good place to visit. Extremely calm surrounding.
