We were travelling North, so were a bit confused at first at where to get to the hotel, but once we'd got that organised, a member of staff came and guided us across the other side. The service of this hotel is average. We've had better experiences in the past, when the hotel was still a Mercure hotel. The cleaning could be better, there were hairs (from a dog) on the sofa. This hotel is perfect if you're travelling to southern france with your family. It is on the A6 Autoroute, so you don't have to go out of your way to find it.
