We stayed four four nights in this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The rooms are comfortable, warm and have everything you need for a great stay.
The staff are helpful and friendly most speaking good English.

I booked an apartment on Easter Sunday because I could not stay an extra night in my hotel in Slovenia across the mountains. This is Carinthia, i.e. the holidaying region for middle and low-middle class Austrians plus some Germans.
At Easter it was reasonably not busy but very noisy because of non-stop (really - 7am to 9pm on Easter Saturday...
