The Schloss Kapfenstein is a wonderful combination of hotel and restaurant. The restaurant overlooks the valley below and is peaceful and serene. We had the weekday "culinary package" so for one night we had a five course menu with wine pairings and the second night merely a four-course menu, and we ordered our own bottle of the hotel's own excellent...
