Nice place to stay for the big families. In fact the choise in Samui is not that wide if you are traveling in a company of 4+ people and would like to be settled in one place.
Each villa goes with its own pool (our was pretty large), clean, quite place with direct access to the sea. We have rented a car (which is not costly) and didn't have inconvinience with transportation. There are two resorts nearby (one is standard and another sort of luxury) where you may have meal if you are fed up with home cooking. Stuff is generally nice and attentive.
The cons are: the sea is not sky blue with the stones on the bottom. So you will unlikely spent hours there (to be fare it is applicable to the whole Samui, say we found sea-urchin half meter from the shore at W resort beach where we went to visit our freinds. As we were told - locals do not allow to clean the sea bottom at the beach as they wat to keep it natural). Some external part of villa (doors, stairs) may need some mending.
