The basics are not in place....over the last two days the phones haven't been answered and I got no replies to email. It's possible that the websites haven't been updated but its nonetheless a poor reflection on hotel management. One can only anticipate the service when we finally get there.

It was a nice hotel, wonderful gardens, good food but as for the beach i would go south of Mombasa where the beaches are nicer, white sand and much calmer sea. We were very disappointed with the rooms allocated to us as the AC was not working and bathroom was too small and leaking so water everywhere. But service and food was excellent. Apart from the rooms all our needs were looked into
