There is something so very special about this B+B. Bridie is a marvelous hostess. The house is immaculate. The cooking and presentation, down to all the little details is inspiring and heartwarming. The location of the B+B is truly in one of the most beautiful spots in Ireland. Overlooking St. Finian's Bay the view is wonderful and can be seen... More

This is the best B&B we've ever stayed in! Bridie and Jack are a lovely couple and made us feel very welcome. Unfortunately we only had time to stay the one night/morning but if we were ever in this neck of the woods again, we'd head straight back to the Beach Cove. If you're a fan of Kerry GAA, you're... We spent one night with Bridie O'Connor at the Beach Cove. We enjoyed every minute of it. The house directly faces one of the most beautiful beaches I've seen. We saw both a beautiful sunset and a full moon set. Bridie was charming and friendly. The house is lovely, and a very comfortable place to stay. It was our favorite... More

The owners of this B&B, Bridie and Jack, could not have been any more welcoming or generous with their time. We showed up via bus and taxi (much to the shock and dismay of Bridie and Jack). This wasn't as difficult as some might think and actually turned out to be quite amusing (interesting chat with the local taxi driver... More

First I want to start off by saying Bridie and Jack are wonderful people. My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was wonderful. The views were great!! Beach right outside with the Skelligs off in the distance. Breakfast was wonderful!! Jack has coached his son to an Irish Football Championship and loves to talk about it!!!... More

A quaint little cottage on a quiet cul de sac with a direct, unobstructed view of a white sandy beach and the Skellig rocks. Open the windows at night and sleep with no other sound but the waves crashing on the shore. Have breakfast facing this beautiful ocean view, a choice of cereal, fruit & yoghurt, hot breakfast, tea/coffee, juice... More

A very beautiful location close to Balliskelligs and Portmagee. A quiet, modern house, clean, with comfortable beds. The owners were very helpful and served a Great breakfast. Although remote there is plenty to do in the area. If you want to know a bit about Irish Football, ask Jack.

We read about this place in Rick Steve's and have to say that he got it right! Bridie, the owner, was so delightful during our entire stay. We had a large room that looked over the ocean (which is literally across the street). So we went to sleep hearing the waves and woke up to the same thing! Breakfast was... More

My husband and I had a really fantastic stay at Beach Cove in September. Beautiful location right on St Finnian's Bay with a secluded beach, waves crashing on rocks, a lovely clean homely room with a sea view, great Irish breakfast and the owner Bridie is just fabulous!

“Beautiful location overlooking the bay. We had a triple room en-suite at the front with sea views. The property was very clean and comfortable with a very friendly host. We had a good choice for breakfast that was well prepared and presented. The property is slightly isolated and will require a 10/15 minute drive if you wish to seek out a... More
