We have been there the 2nd time and got an excellent warm welcome w/ complimentary fruit basket - great idea! Still one of the best locations in Lamai - we always enjoy beeing there! Right now some maintaince for the lobby is done, but now noise during night time, sleep quality is not disturbed.
