We had two issues the bed was very hard advised hotel recepition and and a top mattress was put on which dealt with the problem and with minimal fuss. My wife and I stayed for a week in a 1 bed suite. Very well appointed and comfortable. Excellent breakfast buffet, one of the best we have had anywhere. Good public areas.
