This is the realy Crete. In the middle of nature they have build a lovely place. All the food was delicious. Nice staff makes you feel right at home. Rooms are clean and spacious. I would agree with previous comments that this is not the easiest place to get to - but the drive is worth it. Make sure you travel in day time though. On arrival it was hard to know what to expect, but the most stunning setting appears out of the hillside, a collection of rural buildings amongst carefully tended gardens.... More

The location is beautiful if you can find it. There are no workable directions and it is a lot further from Iraklio and Reythmno than you think. The roads are harrowing and you can't really drive much faster than 40 or 50 KPH so it takes more like 1.5 hours from either town. The view from the room was amazing.... More
