Perfect hotel for any USM related visits. Bathroom and wc were poorly maitained. Breakfast was not provided, didn't matter as kayu nasi kandar is just steps away from the hotel. The swimming pool in the tiniest i have seen in the year. I stayed in the apartment in june 2013.

it's located on the other side of Penang, so if u do not have any means of transportation. AVOID this hotel. We had to rent a car to go all the way to Batu Ferringgi. Service wise,cleanliness is fair.Nothing to brag about.
