hotel living room is one of the best hotel in goa i recommend to anyone who is going chose this hotel wont be dissapointed. Situated in very good area, very helpful staff. Services are very good. We will be back again to this property if got chance to visit Goa again.

Very nice hotel. Service is great. Rooms are great! Economical. Value for money. Breakfast is very very very nice! It's restaurant lack variety in menu. Dishes are very expensive. Not appropriate for lunch & dinner if your are food lover.

Amazing, wonderful. Specially excellent service, very quick and fast. Cleanliness, Staff co-operation, management support and vision of the top management is very good. Enjoyed my stay with my family. Were there for only 2 days. Feels very short but Sweet stay. Will recommend to my friends and I feel I can compare this with this with the Marriott Hotel.

We stayed in dec 2012 in the living room hotel. Living room is very good for couple. We enjoyed a lot. Its near from vagator beach and atmospher is very calm around the hotel.All staff are very caring & helpful. The rooms are so good & clean . This is very affordable.
