We attended a wedding which was lovely. The food was great. The event well managed. However, the hotel had some serious faults - toilet seat on the floor on arrival - light bulbs missing, lights not working at all, hot water not turned on to sink, power sockets not working and very indifferent house keeping standards. One of the two... More

I spent a Sunday night here on a golf break with two friends and thoroughly enjoyed the experience despite the rain for our second round of golf. The hotel is fine and the staff were helpful and friendly and not all young as a previous reviewer mentioned. Our dinner was excellent although the room lacked a bit of atmosphere as... More

Two totally differing golf courses provide ample interest for an elongated golf trip in a beautiful setting on the outskirts of Bath. Hotel accommodation is excellent, but starting to look at bit frayed around the decorative edges in places (cracked floor tiles in bathroom and peeling wall paper). Could do with some ancillary entertainment such as a spa or snooker... More

We have just returned from a three day golfing break with a large (26) group of friends. To give the positives first - the house and grounds are beautiful; the public areas in the main building seem to have been recently refurbished to a high standard; our three dinners were of a consistently high quality with imaginative menus, excellent presentation... We first went to Tracy Park in early 2011 as a prospective venue for our daughter’s wedding. We found it to be an amazing setting with outstanding food and quirky but comfortable accommodation. The main house was slightly faded but all the staff we met were knowledgeable and very welcoming. We booked all the available accommodation and looked forward to... More

We booked this hotel a couple of years ago for our anniversary, and I've been a little negligent in writing a review, though I've always meant to. We had simply the best experience. This was largely coloured by booking a discount room off lastminute.com for £100, and upon arrival being bumped up to the honeymoon suite as the hotel was... More

From the moment we arrived there we felt welcome and comfortable. The room was magic. Had all the fresh linen smell and littles treats that made us want to eagerly come back to the room every night. The bar was pleasant and drinks were generous in proportion. We especially liked the staff and their readiness to assist us with local... More

A lovely venue and setting - sadly the room was tiny, cold, damp and smelt. The bed was badly made and the towels did not seem clean. When asking for more towels it seemed an issue, then i noticed the maids cleaning equipment left in the shower. The breakfast came in 4 stages - cold toast - call hotel -... More

We tried to book my daughters wedding here, it ended up being double booked and after being offered a special deal to change the date this was then rescinded, we were told they had sacked the person concerned and would not offer us anything, we were more or less told to go somewhere else, We were not able to talk... The room was quite a bit disappointing compared to the room I stayed in last year. It needed redecorating and making a bit more personal. The TV didn't work and a number of lights needed new bulbs. As a stop over for a party it was very functional but had a been staying longer i would have been very disappointed.... More
