Absolutely, lovely host & amazing dinner. Ron has the ability to bring his guests together, which creates a wonderful communal feel even crossing language barriers (charades were encouraged). Also great local knowledge left us with a lovely drive the next day. Highly recommended with accommodation lovely, clean and great views. More

Ron and Carole go out of their way to ensure that your stay is perfect. From the welcome on arrival, the communal 4 course dinner cooked, served and hosted by Ron, to the fond goodbyes on departure your stay is made memorable and it is clear that they want to be successful. Because they enjoy meeting guests and sharing experiences,... More

We stayed here for a night while cycling coast to coast and thoroughly enjoyed the stay here. Ron's hospitality was top notch and we enjoyed a great evening meal after a full day cycling. Beautiful location and chalet style rooms - shame we could only stay for one night! Highly recommended! Also, top marks to Ron for putting up with... More

This B&B was a wonderful find! We stayed in the pretty Aspin room, which had a lovely view of the garden and mountains, and was very roomy with a nice big bathroom and powerful hairdryer. (We found the toilet was very noisy when flushed, but Ron explained this was caused by the narrow pipes). From the moment we arrived, Ron... More

Ron and Carole are friendly and the most wonderful hosts. Ron is a great chef and we recommend their four course dinner and accompanying wine. The B&B is ideally situated at the foot of the Pyrennees and they are experts on the surrounding areas, offering welcome advice. The accommodation is charming and comfortable. We look forward to staying there again... More

Big thanks to Ron and Carol, fantastic hosts. A real home from home. We arrived after a fairly long motorbike ride from Santander, to be greeted with a four course meal and wine, well worth it. Perfect location for motorbiking and cycling with great roads and passes within easy reach, and cheap petrol only 7km away in Spain for the... More

Thanks for the lovely review - we appreciate you taking the time out to do this for us. We love Maz d'Azil so delighted you did too. The wifi is really popular now - a lot of guests tell us that one of the reasons they stay is the free wifi so good to know it is useful. Hope 2012... More

I was still groggy in the morning as I entered the bathroom and thought "what a beautiful picture" they had hanging in the wall... only to realize it was actually a window with the actual pyrenees at the bottom... I still am in shock from that moment. Aside from how beautiful and well taken care the place is... attention is... More

Hello Aaron. Your review made us laugh - I can just imagine you getting up all sleepy and then going in the bathroom and thinking the view was a photo. I must admit it is one of the reasons we bought our home in the first place. Every day we still think we are very lucky to be able to... More

I stayed here on my cycling trip through the Pyrenees. After having camped in the rain the previous two nights this place was paradise! Ran by an incredibly welcoming and friendly couple.
