The love for hospitality has induced us to open our house for those who want to spend some days in a familiar and amicable atmosphere, and who love the nature and its colours all the year round.Our company is opened for those who love the sea, excursions, trekking, mountain bike tours, and who want to make use of all possibilities which are offered by our territory.The “Varavventura” consists of a big breakfast hall with satellite TV, rooms with modern furniture (in one room there are one double bed and 2 single beds, in the other rooms there are one double bed and one single bed).In each room there is a bathroom, a fridge, and a satellite TV. Moreover, the company has a private car park, a garden with tables and chairs, 2 barbecues and a swimming pool.1“Varavventura”’s position is really enviable.This silent place is surrounded by the green hills of the region Liguria.It is situated in the Vara Valley, and it is the perfect starting point for excursions towards the most beautiful villages of the East coast of the region Liguria (Tellaro, Fiascherino, Lerici, La Spezia, Portovenere etc.), as well as the famous “Cinque Terre” (Monterosso can be reached within ca. 30 minutes).Our company is situated in the municipality of Riccò del Golfo, the first village of the Vara Valley, situated in a distance of 10 km from La Spezia’s centre, next to the antique state street Aurelia (SS.1) which leads to Genoa.We are situated in a distance of only 10 minutes from the town of La Spezia, from where ferry boats will bring you to Lerici, Portovenere and to the Cinque Terre.Moreover, if you take the motorway from La Spezia, you will reach within 30 minutes the beaches and the discotheques of the Versilia, the medieval villages of the Lunigiana and the quarries of the white marble of Carrara.We offer the guests the possibility of practising sports like e.g. canoeing (during the warm season), rafting and hydrospeed (from October until March/April), mountain bike and inflatable canoe.During these excursions on the river or in the mountains you will be accompanied by experts. The zone offers even more sport activities like trekking, mountain bike tours, horse riding, along the numerous trails of the CAI.How to arrive:You have to leave the motorway A12 Livorno – Genoa at the tollgate of La Spezia. Take the SS. Aurelia and go towards Genoa. At km 425 you will reach Riccò del Golfo. In the village of Caresana (coming from La Spezia), at the beginning of the village, in the bend on your right you will see the BB Varaventura. If you are coming from Brugnato, go towards La Spezia as far as the village of Riccò del Golfo, leave it behind, and go to the public car park and bus terminal. Go on for about 300 meters, and on your left, in the bend, you will see the BB Varaventura.Il "VARAVVENTURA" è una struttura ricettiva situata in Val di Vara, località in provincia di La Spezia, a 8 minuti d'auto (6 km) dalla Stazione Centrale della città, dalla quale potete prendere il treno per le "Cinque Terre".La localizzazione a Riccò del Golfo è strategica dal punto di vista turistico e territoriale perchè rappresenta il giusto compromesso tra mare e campagna.L’ubicazione geografica infatti di questa struttura ricettiva permette, a coloro che vengono a passare un soggiorno in questo B & B, di raggiungere in breve tempo le più belle località della riviera del levante ligure (Tellaro, Fiascherino, Lerici, La Spezia, Portovenere ecc…ecc..) comprese le famose “Cinque Terre” (raggiungibili in 25 minuti circa). La struttura è dotata di camere doppie, triple e quadruple con bagno privato, tv satellitare e frigo.All'esterno è presente un parcheggio privato, un giardino attrezzato, un barbecue e una piscina tipo Laghetto.
