My niece, her daughter and I stayed here April of last year and loved it the minute we drove up to the cabins. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We took a horse back ride out to the rim of the canyon. The staff were just as friendly as can be We especially loved Josh. After dinner we had a... More

It was definitely cool to stay in the Grand Canyon and the room was nice enough. Most of the staff was very friendly. Still, there are a few things the owners could do to make it a better experience for guests: 1. Make it clear were guests need to check in. 2. Offer higher-quality food. 3. Offer more opportunities to... More

After a bumpy gravel road (which is now being paved) visitors can overnight at the Hualapai Ranch at Grand Canyon West. There you will be greeted by goats, horses and friendly ranch hands, as well as walk into a storybook-style old west town. The Hualapai Ranch is near the famous Sky Walk at Grand Canyon West and visitors can book... More

We stayed here and had a lot of fun. The rooms were a rustic cabin style. We had a great dinner (gets the ribs) followed by a campfire with smores for the kids. During the day the staff put on free shows like gun fights and magicians. We took a wagon ride pulled by horses and also rode horses to... More

My boyfriend and I had a terrific time at Hualapai Ranch. The rooms are very comfortable- basic but clean, with a great bed, excellent location, and strong heating units! We were a little disappointed with the reception we received upon arrival at the end of a long day exploring Grand Canyon West. It wasn't obvious where we should go when... More

This is the closest accommodation to the West Rim Glass Skywalk. Cars are parked at the welcome center and a cowboy shuttle picks up for a short drive to the ranch. From the moment you get in, you have a feeling you are on a movie set. From a jail, to coffins, to axes and cowboys and indians, everything can... More

We went as a party of 5 - the Grand Canyon tour was very special - staggering scenery you could just stand and admire all day - such a range of colours as the light changed. Very polite and helpful staff. The cowboys were very funny and the horses very beautiful. The restaurant meal at the village was a surprise... More

We planned to arrive at Grand Canyon West in the late afternoon and did not want to drive the desert roads (and dirt road) after dark so we bought the tranquility package to stay at the Hualapai Ranch. It was definitely worth it for the following reasons - we were some of the few people still at Grand Canyon West... More

It’s impossible to review this place without reviewing the Skywalk at Grand Canyon West Rim, because that’s probably the only reason you’ll ever make it to Hualapai Ranch. Sooo…. Don’t go to Skywalk. Just don’t. I read similar reviews on TripAdvisor but decided to go to Skywalk anyway because it just sounded so cool. It’s really not particularly thrilling and... More

Are you up for a cowboy adventure? Then this is the place for you. If you go in, expecting what it is you are getting, you will have a great time. The people are fantastic and go above and beyond to ensure that you are enjoying yourself. The Ranch itself consists of cabins that have nice little front porches. Inside,... More
