If you want privacy, quiet, great food cooked to order, stunning views, cheerful and helpful staff then this is the vacation spot for you. Oh, and did I mention the aquabikes? The hiking? The unforced hospitality? The cabin was fun in its simplicity and layout, and we slept like tops in the clean lake air. It was like stepping into... More

I'm confused by the previous reviews for this place. I stayed at the Log Cabin Resort for 3 nights with 3 girlfriends in July and it was great. We booked into a Rustic Cabin and yes, it was a little rustic. The clue is in the name, people! But it was warm and clean, with a great shower and very... More

Where to start? Bedbugs? Roaches? Urine stains on the bed? This place is hell on Earth. We left moments after checking in, and they kept our deposit and charged us for 3 nights. Currently in litigation with the owners. Please, please do not stay here. The owners are having their families post positive reviews to counter the real reviews, which... More

We stayed in a small travel trailer in spot 9 and it was amazing! We were right on the lake and will definitely come back again. We talked to two different groups of locals and they said this was the place they go to every year as a family vacation spot. Very clean park and the hosts were great! More

We spent 2 nights in the main lodging area on the beach. The room was large, but funky in the extreme— little hot water, no kitchen utensils, coffee machine with no coffee or filters, furnishings out of the early 60's or recent yard sales, loudly dripping faucets, plenty of painted plywood and dark paneling attest to its 1950 construction. Surprisingly, there... More

The location is absolutely perfect. The cabins are right on Lake Crescent. The cabins are clean and there are several different size options depending on how many travelers there are. You can rent kayaks, canoes, and paddleboats for cheap right at the resort, and if you can brave the chilly water, feel free to swim. The lake is gorgeous and... More

We stayed for 3 nights as a group of 4 friends. We chose a cabin without a kitchenette as we had traveled from England. The view was beautiful. The cabin was basic but with heating, good shower and very comfortable beds. The resort store sells most things you could need, we had stocked up in Walmart in Port Angeles which... More

My husband and I have visited several National Park resorts and put our faith in the Log Cabin Resort's affiliation with Olympic NP. We should have read the reviews. This was not a hotel; it was closer to camping, which is not what you pay for. Although our cabin was clean and the view was lovely, the beds were lumpy,... More

My family and i had one/2 of the best meals in the park in fact on our whole trip to the state of Washington, cooked by "chef Bob" at the Log Cabin Resort restaurant. The dining room itself is funky, with neo-gothic/early - cabin - gingham furnishings, but pay no mind. The view was fabulous, the service and wine suggestions... More

I wanted to escape city living, but didn't want to sleep in a tent. The Log Cabin Resort was a happy medium. Very simple, single room log cabin with lock and latch helped me feel very safe. If you want luxury this is not for you, but if you want to listen to the quiet drama of nature then this... More
