This is one national park where you want to stay within the park confines, especially if you are visiting April to October. Loose the car and adapt to the environment. The walks are beautiful, and the surroundings so peaceful especially after all the tour buses have left. Beds are great, baths are average but functional. More

We stayed in a 2-Queen cabin that has been tastefully updated and very pleasant. The fireplace provided a roaring fire, which is unusual for a propane appliance. Staying inside the park allows one to drive to and from the Lodge which affords some great viewing along the drive, particularly form a convertible. Good choice! More
