If in Lavasa, save yourself the nightmare and stay at an alternate place. i was visiting Lavasa over the weekend and deciding to stay at Mercure Lavasa was a very bad decision. “Good hotel, Lavasa is still developing”

Mercure is a good hotel, good food. Lavasa has so much construction going on, it doesn't seem like a holiday destination. Half the water rides are closed, there is no entertainment except a 10 minute musical fountain at 7.30pm, and a small games zone beside Fortune. Would nt advise anyone to waste their time.

“Good stay - Average food”

Stayed at Mercure on mid-May. Decent Location but victim of construction sites related outdoors/views. Mercure is sort of business hotel, where you won't find much activity to do...the rooms is cozy and decent for two people to stay...very well maintained... Food is average and can be improved ...need more amenities inside hotel as well ...Since lavasa is upcoming destination there is lot of scope for improvement in terms of facilities

The staff support is exceptional. I'd give the buffet and food variety a 3/5. Since Lavasa is still an upcoming township, there isn't much to do.
