Not great start as had to wait long time for rooms to be ready - eventually housekeeper took control, not receptionist or manager. No real apology - we were made to feel we had arrived too early!
Were in rooms 107/109 - pleasant rooms but SO overheated - possibly because directly above leisure area. Very difficult to sleep.
