Just come back from a week at Bach Wen Farm, we stayed in Brockwell, nice 3 bedroomed cottage with open plan livingroom/kitchen and dining room, cottage had everything we needed, including nice big garden, pity the weather wasn't up to us sitting in it....but you can't have everything. A car is essential as the local shop only stocks the very... More

My wife and I stayed at the Mill Cottage with friends and our dogs for a week between 16/02/13 and 23/02/13. Between the four of us we have stayed at Bach Wen for maybe 8 out of the last 10 years and have been very satisfied with our holidays here. I agree to some extent with the poorer and older... More

;What a beautiful place to spend a holiday! Cottage was very comfortable and ideal for a week away from the hustle and bustle of our busy lives. Superb location with stunning sea views. Can't wait to get back

We love bach wen...found it by chance when trying very hard to find dog friendly places...So glad we did - we first started going when we had just our dogs (who love this place like you cannot imagine) have since been with our daughter who is now 3 (and would probably like to never leave here) - the freedom the... I love this place...and so do my dogs..what a wonderful place for a doggie holiday......the beach is a little rocky, but with care, it is fun...and just the convenience of it being on your doorstep is a bonus, and the sunsets are beautiful from here. I have stayed here four times...in various accommodations....up to now, the 'Stables' has to be... More

a MASSIVE thank you to all at Bach Wen for a truly magical week. My friend Helen and I and our 3 girls had a brilliant holiday. Memories that will stay with us include the most magnificent sunsets, tractor rides with Farmer Clifford, races at sunset, collecting 'treasures' on the beach, Diggy learning to play the spoons, mari body boarding... First things first, the cottages we have stayed in- The Hayloft and Mill Cottage, could both do with the paintwork touching up and we have certainly stayed in cottages that were better equipped in terms of pans and knives etc. I warned my parents of this when we took them for the first time last year. But, you are totally... More

We got this holiday at the last minute. It's not for people who want night life, it's nice and quiet, peaceful, there is a costcutter about 10-15mins in car which is adequate. It gives you the peace which means you can relax but it also lets you visit different places. (caernarfon, portmadog, portmeirion and more. My sister and I will definately be... More

If it's entertainment you want on a holiday then this is not the place for you. What a find, we have two border collies and this place came recommended to us. From the minute we arrived we were greated by Barry who made us very welcome. There was just the two of us and our dogs. How comfortable did we... More

We discovered bachwen five years ago when we needed somewhere that would welcome our dog and where he would be safe. The owners are very friendly. We have stayed in the Bueno and have just returned from our fifth visit although it is small and compact it is perfect for the two of us and our Westie. Each cottage has... More
