Could not fault this hotel. From the email contact we had prior to arriving through to checkout after 6 nights, everything was efficient.Very friendly and helpful staff. Great room, impeccably clean and well cared for which extended to the whole resort. We would definately stay there again

probably a great place if you have wee kids. Have to say for the price i was really disappointed. Apparently some rooms have been renovated - not ours. Room was dark but tidy. Dishes didn't get taken away, just rinsed in the basin! Gardens were lovely, snorkelling incredible but the palce really needs a spruce up.

This hotel is set in a great resort. The only downside is that it needs revamping. The rooms are tired, but the beds very comfy, the size of rooms very large and bathrooms great. The views are amazing (I was in Aitutaki block). The food is excellent and not too pricey for a hotel. I only stayed two nights here...

Great hotel,Great staff,Great hoilday my only problem was a couple of cloudy days i would advise doing the tours especiely the captins tour and take some bread with you to feed the fishes as you swim with them,Remember you have to pay to leave the island with cash!! i think it was 50 New Zealand dollors.
