We stayed over the Easter week-end, as we were visiting family who live near by. Sally made us very welcome. The place was spotless, with modern bathroom. Plenty of parking spaces, and lovely garden. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. I would book here again.

We stayed at copper beaches in family room with our two children 8 & 2. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived by Sally Ann. The family room was ideal as it had a separate bedroom off of the main bedroom with two single beds for the children. The family room has no seperate access... More

Stayed three nights. Used it as a base to explore Wells and Cheddar with adult family members - ideal. Good pub food very close. Very clean. Flat screen TV in room had DVD player. Sally and Lance very helpful with little extras - eg Scrabble set. Rooms were comfortable and had all we needed.

They have thought of everything right down to the little details. It is one of those rare places that everything is just right. Friendly, clean, spacious, great breakfast, wifi, great coffee etc.. If I am back in this end of the woods again, I will definetely be booking here!

The quiet location of Copper Beeches, whilst only two minutes from the excellent Waldgrave Arms, is one of its attractions, another being the ability to get away from mobile phone addicts and enjoy what is surely the best breakfast in the land in peace. Vegetarians are well catered for too and Sally Ann and Lance are both friendly and helpful... More
