The Birnam is in a great location - 2 minutes from the train station and surrounded by lots of lovely walks. Rooms are clean and comfortable, meals were of good quality whether in the hotel bar or in the restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. More

We have been there several times for dinner in the hotel bar/bistro. Food always has been good far above the average considering this is meant to be pub/bistro food. So well done kitchen.
