I was in Dickenson bay in January. I booked for a week but I run away after 2 days. The rooms were mediocre, I could live with that although for how much I paid it was just a scam! Bathrooms really old, rusty bathtab, dirty, honestly disgusting. I did not have a shower, I couldn't do that. The reception does... More

We had extremely bad experience in cottages. I just want to warn you, do not believe the webside of that place or what is saying as all is opposite. The rooms are in terrible shape and really dirty. The worst was bathroom, it s really disgrace. They call it ' luxuries villas'! It's really a shame! Plus when it's raining,... More

After an outstanding week at the Nonsuch Bay Resort, a one-night hotel was required to catch a departing flight. At $202 CAD (incl tax) for one night, this hotel was not value for money. No local restaurant for breakfast (although an excellent across-the-street dinner venue). Access to the beach was via a two-block walk on an unlit steep road without... More

Just got back from 10 days at the Dickenson Bay Cottages, lovely place, clean, friendly, great pool and quiet. Free computer access at the office, and vouchers for free sun beds at Tony's on the beach, big savings. Just a grand place to stay. You have to traverse two short but steep hills to get to the beach about a... More

I stayed in this villa with my family which consisted of my 2mth old daughter, 3yr old son and husband, It was wonderful, our villa was clean and well maintained, the kitchenette was actually stocked with cooking utensils, the pool was fantastic, I would strongly suggest you rent a vehicle to get around because to get to the grocery is... I am not that difficult to please. Give me a clean room, with functioning amenities an internet connection (preferably fast) and I am good to go. DBC has everything you need for a quiet, safe, enjoyable vacation. Why write this review? To inform you of how DBC strive for excellence in customer service, which, in my opinion, is how issues... I had both pluses and minuses at Dickenson Bay Cottages. Stayed here for over a week for business/vacation and locked in a cheap rate by my company, especially for Antigua in winter. I have been to Antigua over ten times now and stayed in a variety of hotels including Halcyon Cove, Carlisle Bay, Blue Waters, Antigua Village, etc. Carlisle Bay... More

Pros: • A really polite, helpful and responsive staff (thanks Karimah, Chris, Forbes and Thor!). • Clean, quaint and quiet, away from the touristy crowds down the hill. • Beautifully landscaped grounds. • Great access to the beach (5-10 minute downhill walk). • Guest very mindful and respectful of the privacy of others. • Kitchenette available for preparing meals, great...
