Auriga Ecolodge is the perfect destination when you're looking for a place in the middle of nature. The area around the lodge is planted with typical Bonairean trees and bushes. A real green zone! There's chickens, a greenhouse and a BBQ place. And there are loads of other cool plans in the making! The lodge itself is spacious, colourful and... More

Only a small drive away from the bustle of the town and water front, driving through the cacti bushes, we found ourselves in a little oasis, where at the same time as feeling connected to nature in an open space, we had all the privacy as well. Highlights for us were the warm and friendly design that made us feel... More

The Auriga Ecolodge is an ideal place to experience Bonaire’s back country known as the kunuku. The 15-minute drive on dirt roads is well worth the effort for it delivers you to a Mecca of island nature. Owners Hans and Jenny have created an oasis for native plants and animals. I especially enjoyed my time on the stargazer platform that... More

For those who are real environmentalists and want to explore the island, this is the perfect place. Hans, the owner, is dedicated to the environment and uses solar and wind power to help preserve the natural beauty of the island. Hans also happens to be an excellent tour guide for caving (we got to go snorkeling in a cave as... More

In the middle of nature, close to the eats coast you find the Auriga Ecolodge. A very specious lodge which gives you a feeling of total relaxation the moment you step out of your car and still be close to Kralendijk and all beaches and dive-sites. The lodge is very tasteful decorated with a kitchen with all you need to... More

We have never had a guest who has stayed this long at the lodge without really leaving the property. I suppose it must have given you the home feeling we want people to have while staying with us. Let nature do his wonderful healing work. Hope to see you again here ! More

We had a great time in the only eco lodge on Bonaire. It is a place where you can relax and enjoy nature in your own privacy. The place is great with an outside shower, hammock, two bed rooms, large kitchen, etc. And most of it runs on solar power. The look out point is grat during sunset. Furthermore, you... More

We are happy that our customers liked staying with us. And we surely hope to see them back one day as they obviously liked the nature and the quietness around the lodge. We only have had great experiences with Bonaire Rent a Car and this was a very unfortunate incidence. We have contacted the car rental. More

In july 2011 we (two adults, two kids) stayed for a whole week in this ecolodge. The week before we spend on Curacao and after Bonaire we went to Saba. Without doubt Auriga Ecolodge was the most adventures, relaxed and memorable place of all places we stayed. The ecolodge is not just a place to sleep and eat, it’s an... More

My partner and I stayed at Auriga Ecolodge, 15 minutes outside Kralendijk's main street, and could not have chosen a better place to spend our last few days together on Bonaire. Having previously stayed in town- the silence and stillness of the countryside was a much needed surprise. Granted, it's only still until you take a good look- and then... More

The peace and serenity rejuvinated us and the project truly inspired us. The hosts are amazing and the star gazing platform is an experience. Everyone at the busy seafront has no idea what they are missing. This is Bonaire; this is paradise.
