Needs big investment. Needs game room tennis court cocktail party.some new tiles new chairs for the workers late night cafe.otro banda is alitte ruff at night to go out and Eat,i dont game but if i did idont play one arm bandits.slot machine. The Pelikaan Hotel is rather run down. $60 USD/night is pretty cheap for Curacao b/c it's an expensive place. We just laughed b/c there were so many crazy things in this hotel. Ex. pink gum covering the peephole, brackets on the bathroom wall for the mirror, but no mirror, kleenex plugging a hole in the ceiling, and a jerry-rigged a/cunit... More
