“Caribbean weekend”

This is a fantastic property overlooking the Santo Domingo Melencon ( waterfront drive). The hotel is incredible on the interior and the service was very good, comparable to Hilton Conrad in New York. Just be careful about keeping track of your bill. LOTS of little questionable fees and such.

this was a very nice hotel but it was not the kind of hotel i was seeking for my anniversary and i forgot to mention that upon arrival we had no wash cloths. so i hope you dont charge me for taking two wash cloths.

“Good hotel...but”

I have stayed here several times. Staff is always polite but the food options are small. There is one hotel restaurant which is ok.great coffee. Walking around the area at night is a little sketchy. I couldn't have asked for anything more during my stay. Room condition, comfort, food, guest services... it all was very nice and to my understanding the best in the area. It is also walking distance to a couple of decent restaurants.

I have stayed at 3 hotels in Santo Domingo and the Hilton is by far the best so far. The staff was pleasant each time I interacted with them. The rooms were clean, but the furniture was old and the room was dark. Kind of creepy that they don't want toilet paper put in the toilets....... but in the trash... More
