We stayed at the Grand in February 2012. This was our first time in the DR. The room, service, grounds and food were all outstanding. We had no issues reserving the ala carte restaurants. We enjoyed them all, our favorite being the steakhouse. I have recommended this resort to all of my friends and family.

The hotel and the service is great! The staff, the food and beverages are spectacular. The beach is amazing! The rooms, the pool, and restarants are 1A. Guest Service Department provide the best service I have ever received! :)

Just returned from vacation and overall experience was ok. Hotel very clean and the staff was working non stop to keep it clean and well kept. very nice property good food, rooms are a little small, good friendly service.
