We enjoyed an extended weekend at this laid back, low key hotel, was just what the doctor ordered. Get a golf cart to tour the extensive grounds and see all there is to offer here. This a place to relax, and do as little, or as much as you want.

Service is outstanding. The shuttles could run more frequently. Other than that, the food is amazing, the people are so friendly and warm, the beach is gorgeous, and you must check out the Ecological Reserve and swim in the natural spring/lagunas. We had a great trip! We visited the resort with a Living Social deal-- the food and drinks were great-- our room was simple, but clean and comfortable-- the beach and grounds were beautiful-- and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing experience. Make sure to visit the spa and request airport transportation.

3.5 over all for the following reasons: -great friendly staff and very pleasant -nice pool, easy access to the other resort's beaches, shuttle service -excellent breakfast buffet! -quiet setting, relaxing, and beautiful beaches! Areas of improvement: -more scheduled activities for families (with older children) -hot water in the showers -beds were not very comfortable
