Service is very rude (except one smiling waitress). The woman manager is not friendly at all. It feels more like jail. The rooms are bleak and the food is average. Prices are very expensive for the quality. Yet it's hard to find much better in Haiti. More

Although it was expensive it was well worth it. Our team of 12 stayed for a week and it was great to return after a day of working to the villa. Tasty safe food, safe water, air conditioning, armed guard on duty, great overall service from the staff...it was an oasis. More

We were at this hotel during the 7.0 earthquake and actually had just got to our room and 10 minutes later th earthquake hit.
