My husband and I visited this year in March for our one year anniversary. The staff was amazing! They upgraded our room to a balcony, gave us continental breakfast and because we missed reservations for our anniversary dinner in Old San Juan, they gave us a $75 credit to eat at Choices. The food at the restaurant was amazing, the service was spectacular. Excellente restaurant, very romantic for enjoying a dinner night out with your couple. Our waiter, Gaby, was very helpful to us and he made excellent recommendations from the menu. Highly recommended, no regrets. More

New hotel with small casino and club. Quick cab ride ($15) to Old San Juan. Pool area serves food and waitress was friendly. Infinity pool. Great view. Band at pool played til 3am (private event). Would have been nice to know about this prior to checking in. More

Stayed here before and after our Christmas cruise. Great location for cruise departures, as well as access to the private airport and International airport. Because of this, it is a busy. This is a new hotel, which has a great infinity/lap pool. I was there for a conference, and my wife came along. She was able to enjoy the relaxing ambiance of the pool, and we got on the "club floor" which made alot of difference. This is not a vacation hotel, unless it is REAL inexpensive.
