I was there on March 24th. First impression was great. Small hotel, great loctaion. The service was excellent. However, the room I stayed was licking water from the ceeling. Otherwise, it was fine. I am learning that in Condado, Puerto Rico, with so called Boutique hotels you are taking chances. Next time, I will stay in well- knowed hotel. Maybe... More

We stayed here after spending a week on Vieques. It's located in a great, walkable area full of bars and restaurants. The hotel has a nice pool and the staff was friendly. I found our room to be fairly basic and the bed wasn't very comfortable. The worst part was that we could hear everything from the lobby area -... More

Service - substandard. Room - adequate Complaints - air conditioner kept filling the room with smoke, setting off alarm; this apparently had been going on since long before we arrived. Bogus charges added to bill (Safe charges - never used the safe); "Surcharge Fee" -surcharge for what no one could explain; basically ripping of when ever they could. Antidote: choose... More

When phoning to make my reservation they knew I had been there before and offered me the same room. I felt like family coming home. I referred others in our group since I found it affordable, well located, an overall pleasant experience on my prior stay and it did not disappoint. 8 of the 20 rooms in the small boutique... More

This place isn't fancy, but if you want to stay in Condado, it offers good value -- especially when redeeming Choice Privileges award points. It's an older building, art deco-ish. Rooms are a bit old fashioned, but we had Room 210 with the 2 queens and sofa bed which was quite spacious. Pool area small but pretty (waterfall pool). No... More

The hotel personnel were extremely friendly and helpful initially. Then, I come back to my room after an extended day at the beach to find out that my laptop(MacBook Pro) has been stolen out of there. To add insult to injury, Estela, the front desk clerk working at the time, actually let someone in my room. She believed he was... More

San Juan and Puerto Rico as a whole have so much to see and experience that this hotel was perfect for my needs. We had a room on the first floor with a patio, unfortunately the firat night we had the notorious 112. This room is terrible! be forewarned, if they give you this room ask if you can be... More

Pros: Great Location near the corner where Magdalena meets Ashford. Hot water in bathroom. The remote for TV is given to you at the front desk. Cons: Very sparse room. Very uncomfortable bed that is hard, bouncy and squeeks. Phone did not work. AC outlets coming oiut of the walls. Section of ceiling over bed was covered with some acoustic... More
