Very nice hotel and all the services and staff were great. Only bad thing was having to pay for parking! Why do you have to pay when staying at hotel? Just another fee that makes one unhappy. This location has plenty of unuse parking area so I wonder the need for a parking fee. Tks.

Went to the Ponce Hilton for a business dinner at their "La Cava" restaurant. The hosting staff was very pleasant. The food was excellent but service was very slow and erratic. Good wine list. I/We have stayed here many times and each time it still amazes me/us. The pool/landscape area has improved each year. The rooms are very nice, beautiful views. Quiet, yet lots of activities in the pool area, dining and casino. Hope to be back nex year. Hopefully to stay a little longer.

After reading the previous reviews I almost feel like this is a different place entirely. It's not however. Overall experience was very good! We had a relaxing time at the pool, very clean and well kept. Not the nicest beach we have seen. Beach was small and needs to be raked.
