We were incredibly disappointed upon our arrival to our "ocean view" suite to see that we were looking into an overgrown, poorly tended hedge, with not even a peek at the ocean! Staying at The Hotel Taiwana was a great experience thanks to their GREAT STAFF.
It started with pre-arrival phone calls to Felipe, the Hotel manager. He was so helpful. Anything we needed or asked for was taken care of promptly.
