This may be the best beach on the island, and every room has a huge view looking across the bay. You get to reserve your beach chairs and umbrella for the week, and the water is heavenly. On the less positive side, our 4th floor unit had a leaky roof related to the use of the air conditioner. If you... More

We are sorry about the problem with the airconditioner. We do care. I am sorry you didn't ask to speak to a manager if your problem was not solved. Please be aware that by leaving your door open, being right on the sea a lot of humidity comes into the apartments and causes water to be on the floor so... More

I had the opportunity to visit THE BELAIR HOTEL LAST YEAR.. I was very disappointed... FIRST THE SECURITY GUARD that opened the gate should have been in a pressed uniform, he looked like he had just woke up....THE HOTEL didn't have a workout room or spa., or even a resturant inside of the hotel......rooms smelled and the furniture needed to... We just returned from a wonderful week stay at the Belair Beach Hotel in Little Bay. The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our apartment was spacious with two bedrooms and a fantastic view of Little Bay (every place at the Belair has a view of Little Bay). The furnishings were comfortable, although a little dated.... Great views. Clean rooms. Typical island feel so if you're looking for luxury go somewhere else. Off the beaten path is nice and this has a better island feel for us. Mellow bar / restuarant. Nice pool for the kids. Mostly familys and older crowd. Very quiet. Tips: check in with the towel attendant as soon as you check in... More

We just returned from a week long stay at the Belair Beach Hotel. We traded our RCI points for a very spacious 2 bedroom place with balcony facing the ocean. The staff was wonderful. Lorna helped me with all of my questions, months before I had even arrived. Once there she directed me to some great outings and experiences. Jody... More

Sounds like my experience was very similar to everyone else's. When we checked in I was a little nervous just seeing the lobby as there is really nothing to it and as everyone said the hotel is a bit dated. The rooms while dated were very clean, our maid Tika, came in and it smelled like she bleached everything every... More

Yes, Belair Beach hotel is old and looks old. Yes, hotel personnel is not too friendly, and no shampoo in the bathroom. Yes, the second bedroom is really small ... But the view from the room is so great; the beach and water are so welcoming, that you could forgive and forget all the shortcomings, as far as the price... More

The views from this hotel are amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had an amazing vacation at this lovely resort. The beach is quiet and you can find a great sandwich and cold beverage at the bar. It appears people return to this fabulous spot year after year. I can not wait to return. More

This is the 8 year visiting the island during the Heineken regatta. The ocean views are great and you can actually see the boat with full sails open. Simple kitchen, big balcony and quiet beach space making a great space for 4 people in the 2 bedroom unit. More

My wife and I just returned from our third visit to St. Martin and the Belair Beach Hotel. The staff is excellent and everyone is friendly and has a smile on their face. The rooms may be older, but they are very clean and accomondating and exceeds all of our needs. We don't go to the island to sit in... More
