This is a great placed to stay. Safe, clean, inexpensive and walking distance to most everything in Road Town. All five of the employees are friendly and very helpful. You will be pleased by choosing A & L Inn.

I have a business in St. Thomas and have quite a few customers from Tortola. When I asked them for a suggestion as to where I should stay on my visit there, they all said A&L Inn. I checked out the reviews online and saw a lot of mixed comments. I needed a place to stay that was close to... More

We stayed two nights at the A&L. We were expecting a modest hotel, and it's what we got. It's in a more colourful (and safe) neighbourhood than the one you see by the water, but we didn't mind it at all. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. If what you are looking for is a safe, comfortable, and affordable... More

The place was too expensive for the condition of it; which was horrible. We entered the room to an ordor and the carpet did not appear clean. The television was small which was the least of my worries the refrigerator was plugged out, rusted and looked absolutely terrible to even consider putting anything into it. We pulled the curtain for... More

Remember, you get what you pay for!. No ammenities. TV very small. A/C was not on when I arrived. I took almost 3 hours to cool down. Very old room. I will not stay here again.

It is a solid hotel. We needed a place to sleep and leave our stuff during the day and it served that purpose well. The location is great, close to the ferry dock and right across the street from the market. If you want luxury you're not going to get it for $125 in RT. I'd stay there again.

The price for the hotel is terrible to expensive for a motel like room. The room-$125.00, Tax-$8.75, Tax-12.50 Totaling $146.25 for that price a night I swear I was having a room like Divi Carina Bay Hotel( Very, very clean rooms on St.Croix). The hotel is in the heart of Road Town so you would expect for it to be cleaner... More

This is an absolutely awful hotel. It's in the middle of a bustling block, directly across from an active, loud bar. Moreover, the rooms are meager at best: the furnishings could charitably be described as basic; window sills were extremely dirty; the carpet was disgusting; and there were ants in the room. Admittedly, there are few hotel choices in Roadtown,... More
