You know you're onto a winner, when you are met with fabulous homemade cake on arrival.... Staying at Felindre was like going to stay with your favourite auntie and uncle. We were made to feel so welcome, our room was charming, complete with a jar of hot chocolate, proper wine glasses and a corkscrew! Stunning views across Lake Bala, and... More

Very, very, very welcoming! Beautiful room, fantastic breakfast and the nicest B & B owner I have met. Nothing was too much trouble, and Gwyneth, the owner, even gave us a lift to the local restaurant. She offered to put owr wine in the fridge and gave us glasses, saying we were welcome to drink on the patio. Breakfast was... More

I stayed at Felindre Farm with my children on a visit to North Wales. We stayed for 2 nights and were made to feel extremely welcome. I would definately recommend to others. The owners went out of their way to make our stay special and even dried our clothes after a snowy day up Snowdon. Breakfast was stunning and the... More

This B&B is one of the loveliest we have stayed at. The family room was clean and cosy and had a few extras that we didnt expect. Dearest Gwyneth is fantastic with kids. My 3yo was completely taken with her. She lit the log fire and when we came back after dinner we could sit down infront of the fireplace... More

We stayed at the Felindre Farm 3 years ago and became friends with Gwyneth and her husband Bob. When I wanted to arrange a surprise holiday for my husbands birthday I knew it was time to return to Felindre. We were welcomed with big hugs from Gwyneth and then tea, welsh cakes, scones and Barra Brith outside in the sun.... More

We arrived to a warm welcome along with tea and cakes! The room was lovely and cosy as was the farmhouse itself. We can highly recommend the cooked breakfast in the mornings and The Eagles pub down the road served the most amazing food for your evening meals. We had such a fab stay for my birthday. Thank you Gwyneth... More

We stayed here for a night whilst on a family trip around North Wales. Location is great with mountains, Bala lake and rivers on the doorstep. Just stand in the garden to see them. The local pub (The Eagles Inn) is fantastic and when they say local produce is on the menu they mean it. Fantastic and they allow kids... More

We arrived and were greeted with home-cooked scones, Welshcakes and some coffee to warm us after the rain outside! The family were lovely and welcoming, advising us on where to eat in the evening and where to pick up our lunch for the following day. We only stayed one night on a tour across Wales but our night there stands... More

Gwyneth welcomed us with a pot of tea and some welshcakes. She was very warm and friendly, and the log burner was a welcome site on a chilly February day. It's a lovely spot with a great view over Bala Lake, and our bed was unusually comfortable. The Eagles, the pub in the village, served really excellent homemade food -... More
